FIGHTING FOR FILM – FUNDAMENTALS Take 3 is teaming up with Rule 10 Action to bring you a brand-new series of fight training classes designed to get artists ready for the demands of the film & TV industry. 📅 Every Monday & Friday ⏰ 10:30 – 12:30 💰 £25 per session (pricing plans available) 📍 Talent Central, London (E16 2BS) These two-hour sessions focus on foundational combat and action performance skills for screen. What we plan to cover in the sessions: Choreography & Camera Work – Learn how to sell a fight on screen. Fighting, Striking & Martial Arts Combat – Master the fundamentals of screen combat. Grappling & Jiu-Jitsu – Improve control and fluidity in action scenes. Wrestling & Throws – Execute powerful and safe takedowns. Breakfalls, Flips & Hit Reactions – Essential movement techniques. Each week will focus on different aspects of screen combat, incorporating industry-relevant techniques based on current productions. This session is a perfect opportunity to train in a safe environment, sharpen your skills, and connect with fellow artists. We will be using weapons? Most sessions will focus on hand-to-hand combat, but as the weeks progress, we’ll introduce weapons systems for a well-rounded training experience. Do I need to be trained to do a class? No! These sessions are open to all levels.
