Looking to level up in Unarmed Screen Combat!? Then this is the Workshop for you!! Join us at the stunning Chisenhale Dance Space for an action-packed day of Unarmed Choreography and performance training. Over the day you will learn short choreographed fight sequences so that you can get to grips not only with the speed required to pick up choreography on set but also how to work with different partners. During your choreography we will work with you on your performance, giving you the tools to create an epic and realistic fight on screen. Throughout the session, you will also be encouraged to film your fights and watch them back so that you can get a true reflection of your performance and work on it from there. The Fundamentals are vital for any artist who is working in the industry and looking to branch out or simply improve on their current skill set. NOTE: You can do the Fundamental Workshops in any order and any combination of weapon systems as you wish. For example, you do not have to do both the Techniques & Reactions and the Choreography & Performance Workshop for Swords. Rather you can do one Choreography & Performance Workshop in Unarmed and do a Sword Techniques & Reactions Workshop, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Intensives & Workshops: Credit is no longer available with Take 3 Action Academy should you cancel a booking. All credit given before 1st June 2023 will still be valid until the given 6-month expiry date. Take 3 Action Academy does not permit exchanging between different courses (i.e changing from a Fundamental Workshop to a Screen Combat Intensive) as the levels of experience required differ and spaces are limited. If you wish to transfer your booking to another date please email hello@take3action.com. An Admin Fee of £15 will be charged for all Intensive and Workshop transfers. If you have purchased a Standard Ticket, you are allowed to transfer your course up to 7 days before the Intensive or Workshop start date. Due to the limited number of space in each Intensive, Workshop and Class refunds will be rewarded in accordance with the following guidelines; - Cancellations made more than 14 days before an Intensive, Workshop or Class start date will be subject to a refund of 100% - Cancellations made within 14 days but no later than 7 days before an Intensive, Workshop or Class will be subject to a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days before an Intensive, Workshop or Class start date will not be subject to a refund and fees will be forfeited by the customer. If you are paying for a Class/Course with an Instalment Plan, all payments are non-refundable and bookings are non-transferable. Please make sure you are available for the entirety of an Intensive, Workshop or Class before booking.
