Take the plunge and explore a new realm of performance with Take 3 Action Academy's Medieval Sword Screen Combat Intensive!! This intensive is the perfect way to hone your on-screen sword fighting skills. This two-day intensive will focus on Medieval Sword techniques, giving you the opportunity to develop your sword-fighting skills and have a great time doing it! As always, our training is inspired by the Film and TV industry!! For this intensive, think of productions such as 'The Last Duel' and 'Gladiator'. On Day 1 we will focus on the choreography and performance elements so that when you step into the studio on Day 2 you are ready to film an epic and gruesome fight for the camera. If you are new to Screen Combat, you will need to attend either or both of the Fundamental Workshops before attending a Screen Combat Intensive. These can be done in any order and any mix of weapon systems you wish!! This way you will be able to get the most out of the filming sessions when at an intensive with us. Come join us for two epic days of training and filming this October!! __________ Both days will start at 9:30 am and end at 17:30 pm at the beautiful Studio Wayne McGregor in London. Please note you have to be able to attend the FULL TWO DAYS!! __________ WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AT THE END? Take 3 Action Academy’s industry-recognised training. 3 professionally filmed fight sequences for you to use however you like. Cancellation Policy
Intensives & Workshops: Credit is no longer available with Take 3 Action Academy should you cancel a booking. All credit given before 1st June 2023 will still be valid until the given 6-month expiry date. Take 3 Action Academy does not permit exchanging between different courses (i.e changing from a Fundamental Workshop to a Screen Combat Intensive) as the levels of experience required differ and spaces are limited. If you wish to transfer your booking to another date please email hello@take3action.com. An Admin Fee of £15 will be charged for all Intensive and Workshop transfers. If you have purchased a Standard Ticket, you are allowed to transfer your course up to 7 days before the Intensive or Workshop start date. Due to the limited number of space in each Intensive, Workshop and Class refunds will be rewarded in accordance with the following guidelines; - Cancellations made more than 14 days before an Intensive, Workshop or Class start date will be subject to a refund of 100% - Cancellations made within 14 days but no later than 7 days before an Intensive, Workshop or Class will be subject to a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days before an Intensive, Workshop or Class start date will not be subject to a refund and fees will be forfeited by the customer. If you are paying for a Class/Course with an Instalment Plan, all payments are non-refundable and bookings are non-transferable. Please make sure you are available for the entirety of an Intensive, Workshop or Class before booking.
