FIGHTING FOR FILM – FUNDAMENTALS (SATURDAY SESSIONS) Take 3 is teaming up with Rule 10 Action to bring you a brand-new series of fight training classes designed to get artists ready for the demands of the film & TV industry. 📅 Every Saturday ⏰ 16:30 – 18:30 📍 KO Combat Academy, 186 Bancroft Road, London E1 4ET 🚇 Closest station: Stepney Green (7 min walk) or Bethnal Green (9 min walk) 🅿️ Free parking is available right outside the gym 💰 £25 per session (pricing plans available) What we will cover: Choreography & Camera Work – Learn how to sell a fight on screen. Fighting, Striking & Martial Arts Combat – Master the fundamentals of screen combat. Grappling & Jiu-Jitsu – Improve control and fluidity in action scenes. Wrestling & Throws – Execute powerful and safe takedowns. Breakfalls, Flips & Hit Reactions – Essential movement techniques. Each week will focus on different aspects of screen combat, incorporating industry-relevant techniques based on current productions. Weapons Training? Most sessions will focus on hand-to-hand combat, but as the weeks progress, we’ll introduce weapons systems for a well-rounded training experience. Do I need prior training? No! These sessions are open to all levels, but Friday's intermediate class is best suited for those with some experience. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance

Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a class, you are allowed to cancel your course up to 24hrs before the class. Due to the limited number of space in each Intensive, Workshop and Class refunds will be rewarded in accordance with the following guidelines; - Cancellations made more than 24hrs before an Intensive, Workshop or Class start date will be subject to a refund of 100% - Cancellations made within 24hrs before an Intensive, Workshop or Class start date will not be subject to a refund and fees will be forfeited by the customer. If you are paying for a Class/Course with an Instalment Plan, all payments are non-refundable and bookings are non-transferable. Please make sure you are available for the entirety of an Intensive, Workshop or Class before booking.
